Lemonade (Master Cleanse) Diet – Here’s how it works

Lemonade (Master Cleanse) Diet – Here’s how it works

The popularity of the Master Cleanse diet has grown greatly since Stanley Burroughs wrote his well-known book about this cleanse. It is also known as the Lemonade and Maple Syrup diet, the Lemonade Fast and the Master Cleanse.

The Master Cleanse is not really designed to be a diet as such, but one of the effects of it is that you may naturally lose some weight – eg stuff in your colon that has been there a long time and doesn’t need to be there! It’s true! You see, one of the benefits of this fast, is that you do shed excess substances that your body is using up energy to hold, eg excess chemicals, sugar and mucus. It will depend on the individual how much weight loss will occur.

But more than possible weight loss, it will cleanse out your colon and body and has been likened to pressing the reboot button on your PC.

One thing you should know about the Master Cleanse is that you will not eat any food! Now if this comes as a bit of a shock, don’t worry.

Yes, you will probably feel ravenous at times, but the longer you do the fast, the less you will feel hungry. And you will also feel amazing.

So just what does the cleanse entail? Well, you don’t eat any food, but rather you drink a home-made lemonade made up of fresh lemon juice (organic if possible), cayenne pepper (organic again if possible) and a good grade maple syrup. The maple syrup provides the calories and sugar.

On top of that you take a laxative tea each evening, and you also undertake a salt-water flush each morning. This – basically – involves being very near a toilet for about an hour each morning so that you can clear out the colon! So you do have to be close to a toilet each morning since when you need to go, you need to go!

Thus you have to be pragmatic as to the timing of doing such a cleanse.

No good if you are going on a special occasion where you will be presented with lots of food! And you will need access to a toilet each morning for about an hour or so.

You could say that it’s like DIY Colonic Irrigation. Don’t let it put you off though, all this toilet business. You’ll feel great as each day passes on the cleanse.

Each of us carries food remains in the colon that may have been there for many months and even years, sometimes many long years, so this is why this cleanse has achieved such popularity. It clears out the gunk from inside your body that would probably otherwise simply lead to other issues.

How does the flush work? Well, without being too graphic, you drink a huge load of warm, salt water, wait, and soon you’re on the toilet expelling the water along with what’s in your colon. You do this for about 40-50 minutes and each morning of the fast. If you’re wondering, yep, you’re peeing from your bottom!

The health benefits are huge and include improves energy levels, helping with chronic pain, insomnia, mood swings, unbalanced hormone levels, acne and blemishes, hair loss and more. It also restores your body’s natural ph balance.

If you’re considering undertaking this wonderful detox fast then you do need to read up about how it needs to be done, get the right type of supplies in, and mentally and emotionally prepare.

As always with these things, if you have any medical conditions such as diabetes please consult your doctor before undertaking this fast.

When it comes to finding out what you need to start the Master Cleanse, I HIGHLY recommend a wonderful resource called Master Cleanse Secrets 10 Day Diet. Check it out!

To your health and wellbeing!

Black Hat versus White Hat

PUT ON THE WHITE HAT White hat SEO involves doing SEO by the book. It places integrity (or, at least, “legality”) first and foremost when one is engaging in SEO writing. So, the content is written primarily for web surfers, and only secondarily to get the notice of search engines. Links and keywords and keyword phrases all happen “naturally” within the content; there’s no scheming, no conniving, no forcing. The information is clear, accurate, and website-unique. When there are link backs, they are usually gained through mutual link exchange with another website that has agreed to it. White hat SEO writers believe the content is king and that people who are looking for content should find quality content, not content that is loaded to draw their attention like webs for flies with a hidden sales purpose behind it. So, if they post a blog, for instance, they won’t try to overload it with a well-researched keyword phrase; they will write from their heart (or creative intellect) and hope that they create enough quality–and just so happen, by chance, to get to fit in some keyword phrases to get up in the search engine results–that they’ll attract a following and thus make money.

In short, white hat SEO involves almost no calculating, although it might involve keyword research. This sounds great from a websurfer’s point of view, and it truly does avoid the problem of getting flagged by webcrawlers as a spammer. Unfortunately, due to the structure of the Internet and the way search engines and webcrawlers work these days, white hat SEO can take quite a long time to work–and that’s if it even does. It could take years for an article or post to attract attention. Meanwhile, where is your Internet content writing career going? You may sink to the bottom and have to become an indentured servant with a j-o-b. PUT ON THE BLACK HAT On the other hand, there’s black hat SEO. As you might imagine, black hat SEO is the polar opposite of white hat SEO. Those who write black hat SEO do all they can to manipulate and structure their content so that it’s really all about getting to the top of search engine results pages and drawing in as many people as possible for a hidden agenda’s purpose (selling them something). Quality of the content is a distant second to utility. The writing itself may be hackneyed and of a quality so poor that it would never, ever be published anywhere beyond the virtual reality of the Internet–and even then would be rejected by some sites. It does not necessarily inform a websurfer about anything and it might be way off topic from the website where it is placed. The writer of black hat SEO does not care if the content is murky–all that he cares about is weaving his tangled web to lure in potential buyers of some product. Writers of black hat SEO are coldly calculating. They try to fit in as close to an overload of keyword phrases as they possibly can. The whole piece they write may amount to little more than a contrived pile of keywords and keyword phrases. The jam in as many links back to their splash pages and squeeze pages as possible in a grand display of shameless self promotion. The black hatter finds vulnerable places on the Internet where it’s “safe” to warehouse links. They also use sleight of hand to dupe white hatters out of supposedly agreed upon mutual link backs, so they get a link while white hatters don’t. Black hat SEO is a content producer’s get rich quick scheme. The black hatters are willing to risk being kicked off of search engines as spammers by skirting the edge of legality and integrity in order to make fast, potentially big money. While less than 1% of white hat SEO websites make money, over 90% of black hat SEO websites make money. Black hat SEO writers, like the computer hackers of the 1980s, are becoming more sophisticated to get around the increasingly effective webcrawler algorithms that can spy out their dirty tricks. Black hat SEO e-books and blogs already exist to aid these shameless marketeers. CONCLUSION It all depends on what you are about as a webmaster or content producer whether you wear the white or the black SEO hat. If you care about the quality that gets published on the Internet and your own reputation for quality, you’ll be a white hat SEO writer–and you will likely suffer financially. If you want to write for the money, honey, and you are willing to risk search engine flagging and a bad reputation, do the black hat SEO. Hopefully, though, you can learn to strike a balance between the two and flourish with a touch of gray. The Author enjoys working from home and making money online through internet marketing.

Football Freestyle – Shoes for Football Freestyle

Shoes or not shoes… it’s totally up to you. I would suggest that you start wearing shoes if you plan to do performances in the future. Would be kind of funny if you got a performance in a stadium and performed bare feet=) It is a bit different to juggle bare feet and with shoes.

What kind of shoes are best then? The easiest guideline I would give is that the shoe should be sort of flat and at the front(where your toes are) it should not be hard at all, no sole attaching there etc… totally soft. You want to feel the ball! Also if it’s hard and edgy in the front the bounce can be kind of odd sometimes.

The next thing to think about it the sole… if you move on to more advanced tricks you want to have a sole that allows you to juggle with your soles(soccer boots sucks when it comes to sole tricks). Personally I prefer turf shoes because one you freestyle on concrete you will wear the sole out, and a turf sole lasts longer. You might find it a bit harder to do sole juggles with turf shoes… but it’s all about practice. Also after a couple of weeks of practicing there is almost nothing left of the studs.

A lot of people prefer indoor shoes though. They are great but as I mentioned above, they doesn’t last for as long and they are as expensive as turf shoes. So I would go with turf. Futsal shoes is starting to get very popular but since a lot of them have a rather thin sole they last even shorter. But they are really great, they are very light and you can really feel the football when you’re juggling. I would like to recommend “Nike First Touch” if you would like to go for a turf shoe. They do the job for me and I really like them. At one point I bought 4 pairs so I knew I had new ones when it was time to change.

You might also wonder how long a shoe lasts for… well, if you only freestyle indoors they last for a long time. If you freestyle on concrete you will wear them out. How long they will last depends how much you freestyle. But to give you some guidelines, if you freestyle for around 2h a day they will last for around 3 month.

I hope you know a bit more about shoes for football freestyle now!

No-Fee Typing Jobs – Are They Real?

The search is still on for the elusive no fee typing jobs which are leaving hundreds of thousands of people a lot poorer than when they started. This is because these jobs simply don’t exist or at least they don’t exist in the way that people think they do. Let me explain. When people go searching for no fee typing jobs they have heard about them offering upwards off $500/day with minimal amounts of work, this is simply impossible.

Nothing in life is this easy and nothing on the internet works like this. I know this because I’ve tried alot of these programs out and been burnt, so I now write to give the truth to people about work from home typing jobs.

If you are anything like me you want a no fee typing job because you would like or you need a little bit of extra money. Trust me when I say your not alone, millions of people have this desire and so entire businesses have been created around it and almost all of them are scams. They prey on the people who have little to no knowledge of the making money online world and will continue to do so for a long time. I’ve created a few rules you can use as a defense against these scams if you choose to try and find a no fee typing job.

1. Never give your personal details to a site or company that you do not yet fully trust. Some of these scam web sites go to great lengths to give themselves credibility in order to make you trust them enough to make a purchase. They will even create their own scam certified logo’s and websites and register their products on these sites.

2. Always take notice of the general layout and design of the web site. If it has big flashy pictures of cars, dollar bills and boats then you can be sure that it’s a scam. The limited few sites that can offer you legitimate no fee typing jobs, will most likely be quite boring but professional. Also look out for limited time offers, real jobs won’t have anything like this at all.

3. This is a very important one, always wait one day after you’ve seen an offer before you make a decision. So many of these scam web sites are operating on the basis that people will make a decision right here and right now to buy. ?Every aspect of their web page will be designed to facilitate this process and the best defense you have against it is to be rational and wait before you decide.

As you can obviously see, a no fee typing job is very hard to come by. When you see other people saying that they have made money with the program you are interested in they are most likely affiliates of that program. Meaning, if you click on one of the links that these people have and then decide to join the product that they claim to have made money of then they will get a commission. This is called affiliate marketing and this is the real way to make money online. Don’t be scared off by those words, anyone can do this and they can do it for free. Click below to learn about some of the options.

Best Forex Indicators – This Will Rocket You to the Top

The currency trading market is the most liquid and super leveraged market in the world. This of course means that you and I have incredible opportunity to get rich starting off with very, very little money (even a couple of hundred dollars will do). I want to show you the best Forex trading indicators on the market and the one thing that you can do to make it twice as reliable and powerful.

The best forex indicators on the market are: The Relative Strength Indicator (RSI) and the 200 day moving average (MA). Let’s take a look at both of these Forex indicators a little more closely.

The Relative Strength Indicator (RSI). This is a very easy to use and effective indicator and probably my personal favorite. Here is how it works: When the RSI goes above 80 it is time to go short the currency. When the RSI goes below 20 it is time to go long the currency. The reason for this is simple. When a currency goes above 80 it is getting close to being overbought and the downward progression is close by. The opposite is true too. When a currency is below 20 it is closing i on being oversold and the upward progression is close by.

The 200 day Moving Average. This is a great benchmark for trading currencies and the reason why it is so often successful is due to the big money using it as a guide. This is not fool proof of course but used along with the RSI, the two can work very well in complementing each other.

If you want to really make consistent money day in and day out in the Forex market then I recommend that you get your hands on some good and reliable trading software where the signals are proven to be very reliable. If you use this with the two indicators I mentioned previously then you should do very well for a long time.
